Roll out of enterprise tools

Following the farmer registration in the pilot districts, parish chiefs and extension workers were trained in administration of the enterprise tools. i.e. crop, livestock, fisheries and apiculture. These tools are to be administered routinely to households and institutions that have been sampled from the farmer database.
